wHAT ARE AFTER  MARKET PARTS?

Aftermarket parts are replacement parts that are not made by the original equipment manufacturer. Whilst aftermarket parts can be used to replace some damaged or worn parts, where there are any doubts around quality or safety, we always stick with original equipment. 


We constantly look at our servicing requirements around the parts we use and have clear procedures in place around where after-market components can definitely be used or not. Just because they may be cheaper in some cases, when it comes to key areas on the forklift, genuine is best.
